Mission i6:8 Retreat to prepare for the trip to Estonia
The retreat went very well. We are excited to see what God will do in and through this team. God began a work of unifying the team. There are members from 5 different churches going on the trip this time- this is a true miracle!!!! Praise the Lord. Please continue to pray for the members as a few curve balls have been thrown their way. The trip cost is going to be 230 Euro more than expected which is difficult for the participants to come up. Please pray that trip itself will go very smoothly. There are many potential projects that the team will be involved with.
Mission i6:8 will be hosting its preparation and training retreat this weekend for the upcoming trip to Estonia this August! We are excited to see how God begins to unite the team that will be serving in Estonia and how he begins even now to prepare their hearts and to teach them, stretch them and bless them in amazing ways!
The retreat will be held at the conference cetner il Rifugio in Ruvo.
This Spring seems to have been our craziest yet…so we were thrilled to get away for a bit as a family. Carli’s parents joined us on a beach get-away. It was a great time of relax, prayer, conversation, laughter and fun. We are thankful that the Lord is so faithful to provide refreshment when we take the time to rest.
We are so thankful for our freedom. Especially for our freedom to practice our faith. There are so many people in the world who do not have that opportunity and priveledge and so we celebrate this freedom on this 4th of July! And we lift those who do not have freedom of religion up in our prayers- that God will sustain them, comfort them and give them the strength to stay strong in what they believe.
